What was the highlight of Hotel Riu San Francisco
An overall nice place to stay for a short getaway
The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. The room was adequate and clean. Hotel staff were always helpful and professional.
Despite our room being on the sixth floor, our room was located on the north side of the building which was directly above the nearby restaurants. The smells sometimes wafting up from them was a bit nauseating at times.

Very enjoyable except for the late night noise keeping us awake
Meals were good/Service was good/Staff very good.
Our room on the 5th floor was next to a cut through to the beach and was very noisy late at night.

Fantastic holiday!
Very nice staff, very friendly and helpful. Fantastic food for both breakfast and dinner. Brilliant location a very short walk to the beach and close to many different restaurants. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back.
If I was to find a fault it was the jacuzzi wasn't working and there was no sign to say it was out of order.

What was the highlight of Hotel Riu San Francisco
Relaxing in the Majorcan sun, swimming and drinking Sangria was so much fun!
The staff are wonderful. So friendly, warm, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I've stayed in hotels all over Europe and the staff in this hotel are up there among the best I've encountered. All areas of the hotel are very clean. I loved the Jacuzzi and Sauna. Pool was wonderful and we never had a single problem finding a sunlounger! The food is exceptional. Great variety.
The air conditioning played up a bit and some evenings the air con was a bit noisy. The bath towels in the room are a little on the small side! The entertainment could have been a bit livelier. There were a couple of evenings with a young singer playing the guitar and these were fantastic evenings, very lively and lots of people were dancing however many of the other entertainers weren't as engaging. Nothing to do with the hotel but the area is very noisy... lots of glass bins being emptied, drunk young people singing and shouting in the early hours of the morning.
